• Artisan Products: High-quality sheepskin, hand-knit wool socks, and mittens.

• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all service descriptions or product availability are error-free.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.

For training and wellness services, the following policy applies:

• Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a full service charge.

• Training Contracts: Long-term training (e.g., monthly colt starting) is governed by a separate, signed service agreement outlining specific terms and care instructions.

Working with horses involves inherent risks.

• Professional Standards: We commit to providing services with the highest level of professional care and international expertise.

• Owner Responsibility: The owner confirms that the horse is healthy, vaccinated, and insured upon arrival.

• Liability: Maple Hill Ranch is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or indirect damages occurring on the premises unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

All content on this website—including text, logos, photography, and the motto "Building partners for life"—is the exclusive property of Maple Hill Ranch. Reproduction or use of these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
